Do not tell Joseph Schooling that he does not belong among the best in the world.

Even after enduring his worst outing at last week’s Fina World Championships, where the Singaporean swimmer returned home empty-handed for the first time since his debut at the 2013 edition in Barcelona, Schooling does not believe that.
