Not clear who Trump is referring to. Pretty much every top aide on the campaign and in the White House spoke to Mueller, including Hope Hicks, Don McGahn, Reince Priebus, Jared Kushner, etc. Only person who the report revealed *didn’t* voluntarily talk to Mueller was Don Jr.
