Noise meters have been installed at community spaces such as void decks and basketball courts in five locations across Singapore, in an effort to bring down noise levels in housing estates.
The gadgets were placed in Ang Mo Kio, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Sembawang and Yishun this month as part of a pilot project by the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) and the Municipal Services Office.
